After a lot of searching we finally found it: The Hermès shop on Rue de Sevres.
It was on our wish list to visit this iconic shop, which defines their luxury line on so many ways.
At the entrance you have their clothing line set up with a beautiful decorated wall full with plush ponies and many other toys.
While stepping further, you get greeted on French and English and then you have to decide if you want to look at their newest fragrances, wallets and other accessories, head over to their cafe on the other side or step down the stairway to explore their beautiful separated boutiques that look like gigantic pine cones. Each place was specially designed to see their iconic lines on other fields other than fashion, like home decor or riding equipment. I think it is as iconic as Lacoste is when it comes to sport equipment. Let’s get to the fun part, the Birken and Kelly Bags. They were hanging all over the place, like starring at me all the time. It is THE place to place your special order at Hermès. If you want to know more, look at this post from @vintagedolls. She knows her stuff!
‘Nuff said, this was one of the most amazing shops I’ve visited and this was after a full day at the Gallery Lafayette. It helped me understand the label stands for, and what Hermès means, it symbolizes elegance, greatness and high class. Can’t wait to come back to this place! I totally recommend the visit if you are in Paris!
